Protecting yourself through Thanksgiving and the Christmas period

Its a fact that in the Turks and Caicos Islands November is a busy month for all of us, but sadly, also for the burglar. November has historically suffered a spate of burglars on Providenciales and while we hope this year is an exception to the rule, it always makes sense to put measures in place to protect your home and your business and your family.

Simple measures like leaving a light on at night, making sure that blinds are closed and that all windows and doors are locked when you leave home and last thing before you go to bed all make a difference. After all, thieves are generally lazy individuals and like nothing better than an open window or unlocked door. They like the easy life. That's why they are thieves!

Don't leave valuables on display or easily seen through your windows either. Lock them away or at least put them out of easy view.

As we all prepare for the new Tourist season, Thanksgiving and Christmas, let's think about giving gifts to our friends and family and not giving the burglar opportunities and free gifts that they don't deserve.

We are now the Distributor for 'SMARTWATER' security products in the TCI and we can help you protect your property from criminals using this unique solution.
