The device supports three operating modes, allowing it to adapt to different security and automation needs:
Panic Mode – Instantly sends an alarm signal
Control Mode – Controls Ajax automation devices
Mute Fire Alarm Mode – Silences connected fire detector alarms
Panic Mode: Immediate Alerts When It Matters Most
In Panic Mode, the Ajax Button functions as an instant alarm trigger. Once pressed, it sends notifications to users and the security company’s central monitoring system.
The alarm type can be customized in the settings, including:

Auxiliary or custom alerts
